Huawei Nova Y90 is receiving August 2023 update

Huawei is rolling out an August 2023 update for its Nova Y90 smartphone running EMUI 12. The company is sending this software update with the latest security patches released to improve the phone.

Huawei Nova Y90 is receiving the August 2023 update with EMUI version 12.0.1.192 and a package size of 325 megabytes. The update comes will come in batches and may take some time to reach all of the users.

Huawei is pushing new update amid the company is planning to release EMUI 13 for the phone later this year. However, it might also come early but a special timeline is scheduled for December this year.

Huawei Nova Y90 equips a 6.7-inch screen with FHD+ resolution. The phone is using Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset with Adreno 610 GPU. It offers a 50MP triple camera system including a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth camera. On the front side, you will see an 8MP selfie camera.
