3C certifies Honor Magic 6 with 66W charging, code-name leaked
Today, China’s 3C has published a new device certificate for the model – BVL-AN00, the phone is identified as the upcoming Honor Magic 6 smartphone.
According to the certificate, Honor BVL-AN00 is using HN-110600C00 and HW-110600C02 with an output capacity of a maximum of 66W. The adapter also supports backward power supply compatibility at 40W and 10W. This is a 5G smartphone produced by BYD Electronics. However, that’s all the 3C certificate has to reveal about Honor Magic 6.
Weibo tipster, WanzhaiKnows revealed that the Honor Magic 6 smartphone has code-name “Bvlgari”. It’s possible that the phone is the standard version of the lineup and the Pro version might bring upgraded 80W super fast charging.
Honor CEO, Zhao Ming previously revealed that Honor Magic 6 series will use Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It will bring new features powered by Generative AI and LLM technologies. Furthermore, the Pro version could use satellite SMS feature, which is currently limited to Huawei’s domain.
Honor Magic 6 would also be the first smartphone to offer pre-installed MagicOS 8 software. The software is based on the Android 14 operating system.
