1.3 million people reserved the new Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design

Within 24 hours of launch, Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design has been reserved by 1.3 million people on the official Huawei online store – Vmall in China.

Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design comes in two colors – Red and Black. The phone offers two memory variants priced at 11,999 yuan for the 512GB and 12,999 yuan for the 1TB storage variant. Both of these phones feature 16GB RAM.

Talking about the reservations, Huawei began appointing the device on September 25 at 6 PM in China and the reservations will end on September 27 at 10 PM. The open sale of this new phone is scheduled for September 28th.

As of today, Huawei Vmall is showing that over 1.3 million customers have reserved one unit of Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design. However, the numbers are still growing and there’s another day left until the reservation concludes.

New Brand:

At the flagship launch event, Huawei unveiled the new Ultimate Design ultra-premium brand. This brand sits over Huawei’s flagship smartphones.

Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design is made with leading aesthetics trends and top-of-the-line craftsmanship. The attraction of this phone lies in its back, which is made of rare red ceramic. Also, the shape and details are formed like a star diamond design.

Similar to Huawei Mate 60 Pro and Pro+, the new RS Ultimate Design also offers a satellite calling feature. This enables the customers to call via satellite when the mobile network is not available. This functionality is currently, only available in Huawei smartphones.

Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design sports a large 6.82-inch OLED screen with LTPO adaptive refresh rate. Meanwhile, the safety of the screen is ensured by the new Kunlun glass. The phone is equipped with a powerful camera system thanks to the new XMAGE camera algorithm and variable aperture technology.
